Caitlyn produces high quality transcripts for a reasonable cost. Every transcription project is completed quickly, accurately and confidentially.

Formats:  You can deliver audio, video or digital media.

Transcription Style: Choose from true verbatim (with all ums, uhs, ahs, etc.) or clean verbatim (ums, uhs, ahs, etc. removed).

Turnaroud:  Turnaround time is normally three to five business days. Larger orders may take longer. Rush projects may be available at a premium, depending on our current projects.

Delivery:  Transcripts are deliverd via email or CD as a Microsoft Word .doc file. Your tapes/ discs will be returned by mail if desired.

Pricing

We offer flat-rate pricing, so that you can easily estimate how much your bill will be. Cost is affected by a number of factors, including number of speakers, length and conditions. The below rates apply to professionally-recorded dialog in standard American English.
